We're scaling our brand, online presence and social media engagement -- and we're looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to drive that growth.
Role Summary
As our Digital Marketing Executive, you'll spearhead online strategies that boost brand awareness, drive traffic and conversions, and strengthen our community of B2B (mechanics/shops) + B2C (car-enthusiasts) customers. You'll work across social media, content, email, SEO/SEM, video (YouTube) and analytics -- in a hands-on, growth-oriented role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan: social media (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), YouTube content, email campaigns, blog publishing (e.g., LinkedIn).
Create daily social-media posts (image + caption), design custom graphics/video edits, schedule at peak engagement times.
Manage and optimise paid-media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta platforms) to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
Monitor, analyse and report weekly performance metrics: views, engagement, reach, conversion -- provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with e-commerce/website team to optimise product pages, create promotional funnels, A/B test.
Write and publish blog articles targeting mechanics and customer segments, aligning with our business-goals.
Stay on top of digital trends, competitor analysis, and audience behaviour; propose fresh ideas to evolve our brand.
Ensure our website, social platforms and campaigns maintain brand voice and messaging consistent with Exhaust King's heritage of quality and Canadian-manufacturing.
Qualifications & Skills
1+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Proven experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn), YouTube content creation/editing and email marketing.
Strong competency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO best practices.
Excellent writing skills: able to craft compelling social captions, blog posts and email content targeted to B2B + B2C audiences.
Skilled in graphic design/video editing (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar) to produce engaging visual content.
Data-driven mindset: able to interpret analytics and optimise campaigns accordingly.
Self-starter attitude: comfortable proposing ideas and owning execution end-to-end.
Automotive-enthusiast mindset is a plus (but not mandatory).
