Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with strong expertise in both digital and traditional marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:



Digital Marketing:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media (organic and paid), email marketing, and content marketing. Manage company website and landing pages, ensuring optimal user experience (UX), SEO performance, and up-to-date content. Analyze digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot (or similar platforms). Develop and manage content calendars for social media, blogs, and newsletters.

Traditional Marketing:



Coordinate and execute traditional marketing efforts including print advertisements, direct mail, radio, television, trade shows, and outdoor advertising. Manage vendor relationships for print materials, promotional products, and media buys. Develop and maintain marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.). Collaborate with sales and business development teams on in-person events and campaigns.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2 years of experience in marketing with demonstrated success in both digital and traditional channels. Strong understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and CMS (e.g., WordPress). Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Creative thinker with an eye for design and branding consistency.

Preferred Skills:



Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments. Video marketing and content production knowledge
