Job Summary


We seek a Digital Marketing & CRM Operations Manager to lead paid media, organic content, and CRM workflows. This position requires hands-on expertise in digital campaign execution, lead management, and website/SEO optimization.

Key Responsibilities:



Digital Marketing & Advertising



Manage and optimize campaigns across

Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Microsoft Ads

. Develop targeting strategies, budgets, bidding, and performance tracking. Monitor and report on CPL, CPQL, and ROI performance metrics. Implement retargeting campaigns for high-intent audiences.

CRM Operations (DealerSocket)



Set up and maintain

lead routing, auto-tagging, pipeline stages, and reporting dashboards

. Build and manage

SMS/email templates, automations, and SLA alerts

. Maintain CRM hygiene: deduplication, bounce/opt-out management, and accurate source attribution. Provide monthly CRM performance reports and sales enablement sequences.

Content & Social Media



Plan and execute a

4-week content calendar

(Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Google Business Profile). Create and publish platform-native posts, short-form video, and carousels using

Canva/Adobe tools

. Coordinate influencer and user-generated content collaborations. Maintain consistent brand voice across all content.

Website & SEO (DealerFire CMS)



Manage website updates, landing pages, promo banners, and vehicle inventory SEO. Monitor

conversion rates, internal linking, schema, and GA4/GTM tracking

. Coordinate tickets/requests with DealerFire, ensuring timely implementation. Conduct QA checks on all website changes and lead forms.

Reputation & Local Marketing



Manage

Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, and Bing Places

listings. Post updates, upload photos, and respond to reviews. Implement review generation strategies in compliance with CASL/PIPEDA.

Requirements



Must-Have Experience



3+ years in

digital marketing and/or CRM operations

(automotive or high-volume lead generation preferred). Hands-on experience with

DealerSocket

or equivalent CRM. Strong track record managing

Google Ads & Meta Ads

campaigns. Knowledge of

GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio reporting

. Experience creating and publishing short-form video and social content. Familiarity with

SEO principles

for local markets. Strong written communication and copywriting skills. Understanding of

CASL/PIPEDA compliance

.

Nice to Have



Experience with

DealerFire CMS

(or WordPress/Shopify). Basic HTML/CSS for quick fixes; JSON-LD schema familiarity. Multilingual (French, Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Tamil). Automotive ad feeds/catalogues knowledge (Google/Meta). Basic SQL or advanced Excel/Sheets for data analysis.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
