Digital Marketing Coordinator
to assist with its fast-growing B2B, B2C and eCommerce divisions. As a strategic thinker with strong technical marketing knowledge, this individual will participate in initiatives digital content creation and ad campaign initiatives. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will participate in ad campaigns, work with the larger team to consistently improve our websites, and collaborate with various departments on a variety of company-wide initiatives. We are looking for someone that looks for opportunities to implement creative growth strategies, from ad campaigns to email marketing, with the goal of improving brand presence and market share.
This position will suit a creative, and team-oriented intermediate marketing professional with experience in digital marketing. The successful individual possesses excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills, and is motivated to advance within the company with a 'get things done' attitude.

Wage range is $24.00 to $30.00 per hour and wages are scaled based on education and/or experience.
Essential Skills:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns. Manage creatives, write ad copy, optimize based on different metrics, and A/B testing.
Experience writing compelling headlines, descriptions tailored to audience and brand voice
Experience working with an eCommerce platform
Knowledgeable with GA4/Google Tag Manager/Google Ads
Exceptional inter-personal skills
Attention to detail
Ability to learn and adapt to feedback
Comfortable working on multiple projects, managing campaign budgets and prioritizing work
Desired Skills:
Relevant digital/technical marketing certificates, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing, with a passion for all things digital
Working knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing
Knowledge of email marketing integration
Knowledge of SEO and how it intersects with paid strategy
