Our products are sold across multiple channels including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Target+, B2B/food-service platforms, and wholesale networks. With several websites and a rapidly expanding digital footprint, we are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and customer experience efforts.
About the Role:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the Digital Marketing Director in managing customer service, social media channels, website updates, and eCommerce tasks. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of digital experience who is comfortable working across multiple online platforms, can communicate professionally with customers, and is eager to grow in the digital and eCommerce field.
Responsibilities:
eCommerce Customer Service Support:
Respond to online customer inquiries (email, website chat, social media messages).
Handle product questions, order status, refunds, returns, and general support for our eCommerce business.
Coordinate with Accounting, Operations, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain a positive brand image through professional communication.
Social Media Management:
Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
Support creation of short videos, reels, and lifestyle content for iSpice brands.
Collaborate with designers to execute campaigns and promotions.
Website & E-Commerce Updates:
Update product pages, images, descriptions, and seasonal banners across iSpice websites (Shopify + WordPress).
Review sites for layout issues, broken links, inconsistencies, and missing information.
Assist in preparing product data sheets, assets, and uploads for new launches.
SEO & Digital Optimization (Asset):
Conduct basic keyword research.
Assist in optimizing product listings (titles, descriptions, meta tags).
Support with Google Analytics reporting and performance tracking.
Help maintain consistent SEO-friendly structure across all websites.
Marketing & Administrative Support:
Organize digital assets and marketing folders.
Assist with email marketing (Klaviyo) for newsletters and promotions.
Support trade show digital needs (images, product sheets, promotional assets).
Help prepare documents, presentations, and reports for marketing leadership
Qualifications:
2-4 years
' experience in digital marketing, social media, or eCommerce.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience with
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
, and online customer engagement.
Familiarity with
Shopify, WordPress
, and
Klaviyo
is an asset.
Understanding of SEO basics is a plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, especially during high-demand seasons.
Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or content creation tools is an advantage.
Bilingual English, French, written and spoken
