KIP is a Toronto-based luxury sleepwear company that specializes in elevated fabrics and complimentary monogramming on every piece. Candidates will be primarily remote but expected to be in-person up to 2x per week.
The responsibilities of this role include:
Creating and posting of social media content for new launches and ongoing content to educate and engage our audience, copy writing in line with brand voice and coordination of giveaways on Instagram
Ideation, creation and posting of brand BTS on Instagram stories featuring the team and Founder
Collaborating with the Business Lead to develop monthly marketing calendars
Creation of email marketing campaigns using templates in accordance with marketing calendars
Being on the pulse on what's trending on social media and proposing ideas for unique, engaging content
Maintaining the brand voice and messaging throughout all social content
Researching and implementing ways to grow the brand's following and subscriber base
The skills required for success in this role include:
Ability to capture content in person up to 2x per week in either Vaughan or downtown Toronto
Strong organizational skills and high levels of initiative
Data driven decision making abilities
A sharp visual eye to create beautiful and eye-catching content
Strong communication skills in written and verbal English
Preferred Experience:
Two or more years of experience in social media in fashion, beauty, wellness or other related industry
Access to a car preferred, ability to travel between Downtown Toronto and Vaughan
