We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator. The primary focus of this role is to provide administrative, operational, and creative support to the marketing department. We are interested in speaking with data-driven and analytics-oriented digital marketers. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will engage with the management team to understand the people, plans and strategies and will execute and report on the delivery of marketing initiatives and programs to enable the overall business strategy.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Innovatia, you will play a crucial role in executing digital marketing strategies to drive growth and brand recognition. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, implementing various digital marketing tactics to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM).
• Create and manage compelling content for various digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Contribute to the management and maintenance of our website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing strategies into the overall marketing plan.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications:

• Formal education in Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 years proven experience in a digital marketing role.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and a passion for staying current with digital marketing trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
