If you're passionate about digital storytelling and have a knack for turning ideas into shareable sensations, we want to hear from you. Note: This role goes beyond basic editing tools like Canva--we're looking for a strategic thinker with proven expertise in content creation and audience expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Audience Engagement

: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages in real-time, and foster community interactions to build loyalty and increase followership.

Outreach and Growth Strategies

: Conduct manual outreach initiatives, including cold messaging on social platforms and cold emailing to potential collaborators, influencers, partners, and leads to expand our network and drive traffic.

Performance Analysis

: Track metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions using analytics tools. Use insights to refine strategies and report on ROI.

Trend Monitoring and Innovation

: Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and competitive.

Collaboration

: Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align social efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience

: 3+ years in social media management, with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns that achieved high engagement or viral status.

Creative Expertise

: Strong skills in content creation, including scriptwriting, video production, graphic design, and editing using professional tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent). Ability to ideate and produce content that resonates emotionally and culturally.

Outreach Proficiency

: Proven experience with cold messaging and emailing techniques, including personalization, A/B testing, and compliance with regulations like CAN-SPAM.

Technical Knowledge

: Proficiency in social media analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and SEO/SEM principles to optimize content for discoverability.

Soft Skills

: Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is not just a content editor but a strategic visionary who can turn everyday posts into cultural moments. You should be data-driven yet creatively bold, with a track record of growing audiences organically and through targeted outreach.
