Are you a marketing professional with proven leadership ability and a successful sales track record? Rawley Resort Spa & Marina is hiring a Marketing & Sales Specialist. Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma specializing in Marketing, Sales or other equivalent faculty of study.
- A minimum of 3-5 years in a management position leading a marketing or sales team (or equivalent experience).
- Valid G Level Driver\'s License.
- Hospitality experience is considered an asset.
- Experience and network in the Muskoka region are considered an asset.
- Hire, train and lead the marketing and sales divisions.
- Develop and maintain the annual marketing budget, P&L, sales forecasting and revenue management.
- Develop, execute and evaluate multi-channel marketing & sales strategies for direct and digital campaigns that drive occupancy and revenue streams for lodging, spa, dining, wedding, corporate and special events.
- Ensure the Rawley brand cohesion across all platforms, including OTAs.
- Work actively and closely with resort management to execute on-site execution of marketing and sales programs to elevate the guest experience and increate occupancy/revenue.
- Manage revenue and occupancy management, competitive analysis and pricing strategies
- Develop, execute and maintain outside and internal sales programs
- Generate, nurture and convert lodging, spa, dining, wedding corporate and special event leads.
- Lead marketing, sales and occupancy meetings with resort management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and manage all partnerships.
- Directed and managed content and collateral creation.
- Establish and cultivate successful relationships with local, regional partners and vendors and develop co-marketing or sales programs.
- Develop, plan and execute special events, pop-ups, partner events, and other events as required.
- Responsible for all on-site sales.
- Other special projects as required.
