Responsibilities and Tasks: The Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and deliver marketing materials
• Maintain, update and optimize the company\'s and properties\' online presence (website, email marketing, social media)
• Assist with authoring, proofing, and publishing communications across various channels
• Ensure that all online content is up to date
• Monitor lead generation for properties and optimize online ad campaign performance

• Create and apply branding guidelines to all communications
• Manage email marketing content and strategy
• Work closely with marketing partners

• Produce marketing reports and presentations
• Source marketing promotional items for internal and external use
• Propose digital marketing innovations
• Handle documentation and communications
• Ensure a good communication flow between head office and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in communication or marketing-related field
• 3 years of experience in marketing or a marketing-related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Excellent copywriting and proofing skills in English and French
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), social media (Facebook,

Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), content management, and email platforms

• Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva is considered an asset.
• Technical skills, specifically Google Analytics, Google Ads, FB Business Manager
• Experience in building, measuring and optimizing campaigns and media plans
• Understanding of SEO strategies and tactics
• Customer service skills
• Work well independently and in teams
• Possess creative vision and is comfortable taking initiative
• Ability to share information, establish harmonious relationships and develop partnerships
• Organizational skills and ability to synthesize; ability to multi-task and manage priorities
• Quick learner especially with new applications and online platforms
