About the Job: The net2phone marketing team is looking for a content creator to add to our best-in-class marketing department. In this role, you will execute on annual marketing plans including developing written content that aligns with a content calendar for distribution across online platforms to drive thought leadership and increase online brand mentions. Of course, we would also like your contribution to events and strategy on these initiatives as well. Our mediums include digital marketing, advertising, and events with the goal of generating new business for net2phone. A successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as closely with net2phone team members to brainstorm and develop creative solutions.

• Execute annual marketing plan including digital marketing, advertising, events, and thought leadership to generate new business for net2phone.
• Write, proofread and/or edit strategic and integrated content for various long and short-form communication including marketing collateral, blog posts, press releases, video scripts, social media posts, website pages, and email campaigns.
• Support for digital advertising, including copywriting for digital ads.
• Maintain our social media presence
• Contribute to events strategy and execution throughout the year.
• Execute a content calendar across online platforms to drive thought leadership and increase online brand mentions, providing suggestions on how to enhance the calendar.
• Ensure website content aligns with the brand\'s mission/vision/values and appeals to our target market.
• Support and evolve the editorial voice and tone standards across our products.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Content writing experience for all media platforms, including blog, email, and long-form content
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical ability of qualitative and quantitative research

Nice to Haves:

• Bilingual (English and French)
• Experience in the B2B space
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Pardot and Hubspot marketing platforms.
• Experience with or knowledge of the cloud communications industry, particularly VoIP/UCaaS/CCaaS product sets
