As a Digital Learning Specialist, you are in a customer-facing role responsible for delivering on a customer success model to renew and grow usage with Pearson\'s industry leading digital educational platforms.
In this role, your ability to make long and lasting connections will be invaluable to creating a customer experience driven by desired outcomes. As a platform expert, you drive customers deeper into the product by informing on Pearson digital advancement both with content and with our platform capabilities. As a member of the sales team, you will be responsible for creating strategic plans, owning the end-to-end post-sales process, and leveraging internal teams to ensure educators are maximizing platform capabilities that support learners in their life-long learning journey.

As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will:
Sales:
Grow platform usage to secure and ensure adoptions are meeting outcomes with Pearson product
Support sales colleagues on upselling opportunities with existing customers
Post-Sales:
Delight existing customers by providing valuable JIT insights into their platform usage
Build long-term client relationships
Communicate on platform updates and enhancements that increase the value proposition to educators and learners
Deliver student registration training on platform and speak to their specific course design in platform
Socialize platforms (training \xe2\x80\x9clite\xe2\x80\x9d) with open ed/distance learning teams and instructional designers
Consult on learning outcomes, assessment structure, testing design and assignment parameters
Deliver training sessions to new and existing customers
Leverage sales tools to support sales opportunity advancement
As a Digital Learning Specialist, you:
Deeply understand and are able to communicate on Pearson\'s values, mission, and strategic initiatives, informing customers on current and future global educational trends
Employ an agile mindset to adapt through change
Demonstrate a strong commitment to a positive, collaborative, and team based selling culture by working with other team members to achieve goals
Are able to effectively communicate, sell and present Pearson digital offerings over the phone, through virtual video meetings, in written communication, and in person when required.
Demonstrate a level of mastery in sales presentations
Possess a high proficiency in consultative selling techniques including pre-call planning and productive questioning strategies that focus on learning outcomes
Support training on key platforms for sales team
Report on risk, opportunity and trends in the market
Possess strong knowledge of learning science and instructional design as it relates to Pearson offerings
