Role Summary: We are looking for team players to join our existing Team who have an ability to work to project plans, timelines, independently and with other team members to deliver projects on time with quality. Role Responsibilities:

  • You will manage our online presence working closely with the C-Suite for content approval and subject matter
  • Create and optimize digital content for various online streams of marketing
  • Closely follow the Product Roadmap to align public facing digital content with current and upcoming products and feature upgrades
  • Edit current content and create new digital content across media types including text, images, iconography, avatars and other digital marketing assets
  • Build and maintain a database of digital content sites and contacts related to digital health, medical imaging, pathology, genomics and biopharma.
  • Maintain a timeline of expected content release (what, where and when)
  • Be able to interact with vendors to provide price analysis and manage press releases, campaigns and other digital content specific responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various teams to plan and develop web site content, style and layout
  • Ensure compliance with copyrights, accessibility, data protection, legal disclaimers
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and generate new ideas to draw user\'s attention
  • Deftly manage multiple projects and time-sensitive deadlines
  • Handle editing and writing on healthcare subject and work to understand the company\'s software and service offerings
  • Work with internal resources to help manage digital marketing needs; social media platforms
  • Review final layouts and proofs, and coordinate edits/improvements
What you will need (Required Qualifications) Formal education or equivalent
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Journalism, or equivalent

Specialized skills, knowledge or certifications unique to this role
  • Preferably prior healthcare industry experience as a content writer
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and content management platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Wrike)
  • Technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing, requirements for publishing on each social media platform
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Flexible, eager to learn, enjoy attention to detail, ability to focus on the project goals and persistently work to deliver to the expectations
  • Problem solving and trouble shooting skills and thinking out of the box
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills to support company promotion and product release digital content
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, be a team player able to be flexible in dealing with others and the job
  • Ability to work well with all people and a self-starter who can show initiative and work autonomously when required.
  • Ability to document project updates using DesAcc\'s chosen tools to create and update project documentation.
  • Ability to work across time-zones when required.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends to support timelines
