When Was The Last Time You Had Fun At Work? An energetic, fun, and busy Oakville real estate brokerage is looking for a Digital Content Specialist. Get all the benefits of working directly with a full marketing team in a fast-paced, expanding, small business environment. You should know that we\'re not the typical real estate company, our name alone, Rock Star Real Estate, says that. You will be working directly with a team who have used a number of offline and online marketing strategies to build a multi-million dollar business, listed as one of Canada\'s fastest growing for four straight years. You will be directly involved in project management and completion, doing things like:

• Creating and refining marketing videos for Instagram, YouTube (long form and shorts), and TikTok.
• Leverage current content to create clips and sound bites for wide distribution.
• Developing themes and media for promoting events with 900+ attendees
• Ongoing web-based creative work for layouts, banners, and themes for online and email marketing
• Designing and Implementing established social media strategies, specifically around Instagram and YouTube.
• Creative design for new website development projects
• Design and layout of our paper-based publication mailed out to all current clients monthly
• Create new designs for current items like books, t-shirts, keychains, etc.
• Curating our weekly HTML newsletter which goes out to over 30,000 subscribers.
• Anything else we undertake that you have an interest in.

What We\'re Looking For
We are looking for a Rock Star Digital Content Specialist, with some specific skills. But we are open to anything else you may offer or bring to the table. Here are some things that will make you stand out:

• Innovative and On Trend Video Editing (intro, titles, overlay) & Online Video Management
• Intermediate graphic design knowledge (if you could make some cool, unique images that would be great)
• A very clear understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve,
• Ability to layout paper-based publications and templates for website development.
• An uncanny ability to look at problems and think of creative and efficient ways to overcome them.
• A desire to get things done, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Looking for project-oriented work from Day 1 (not looking for hand-holding)
• Clear, specific communication skills

Other skills that would be big bonuses:

• WordPress experience (programming, theme design, management, etc.).
• Basic HTML, CSS, and/or PHP knowledge to design single-page websites.
• Understanding of internet marketing and search engine optimization.
