Position Summary
The Digital Communications Specialist will play an essential role in informing and engaging the diverse community working at and served by North York General Hospital and its other six sites. In this role, you will bring your expertise and experience to enable NYGH to significantly enhance its presence, brand and relationships through digital and communications including social media, website, news media, signage and marketing collateral, the intranet and events. This role is key to advancing communications needs for all the organization\xe2\x80\x99s strategic priorities including its mandate as a leading community academic hospital, new research and innovation strategies, capital redevelopment plan and NYGH\xe2\x80\x99s leading and evolving clinical programs. This position contributes to the shared responsibility of ensuring health and safety policies are followed to provide for a healthy environment for staff, physicians, volunteers, learners, patients and families.
