Part-Time Contract (~20 hours/month Remote)

Healthy Minds Psychotherapy is a trauma-informed, diversity-affirming psychotherapy clinic based in Ontario. We are seeking a proactive, creative Digital Communications & Social Media Coordinator to help strengthen our online presence and make mental health content more accessible across Ontario.

This role blends social media strategy, digital content coordination, basic website management, and community engagement -- all while upholding PHIPA and CRPO standards of professional and ethical communication.

What You'll Do



Plan, create, and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn -- 3 posts per week minimum. Support basic monthly Google Business Profile updates (posts, hours, services). Update and maintain our Squarespace website (page edits, images, content refreshes). Assist with blog publishing including formatting, uploads, light editing, tags, and SEO best practices (blogs written by team). Plan, design, and send monthly newsletters using approved tools and templates. Monitor and engage with comments and messages where appropriate (with guidance). Maintain an organized content calendar and digital asset library. Collect and document analytics; create a monthly performance report with insights and quick recommendations. Attend virtual check-in meetings and collaborate closely with the Founder/Clinical Director and Office Manager to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and brand alignment.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You...



Are currently studying (or have recently graduated with) psychology, social work, communications, marketing, or a related field. Have a strong interest in mental health advocacy and using digital platforms to reduce stigma and promote well-being. Bring creativity and social savvy -- you keep up with trends and translate them respectfully and ethically for a mental health audience. Have experience with: Squarespace (website edits) Canva/CapCut (content design + short-form video editing) Mailchimp or similar newsletter tools Basic SEO and Google tools (Analytics/Search Console) Write clean, empathetic copy and understand boundaries when discussing mental health online. Demonstrate strong organization and accountability with deadlines and approvals. Understand that all content created belongs to the clinic and must align with Canadian regulations.
