Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter)
while also supporting marketing initiatives, tradeshows.
Education and/or Experience:
Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
o Develop and execute engaging content across all digital and social platforms.
o Create compelling graphics, videos, and copy that align with brand voice and objectives.
o Manage posting schedules through
Hootsuite
and monitor community engagement.
Tradeshow & Event Support
o Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing tradeshow logistics.
o Source and collaborate with suppliers for booth design, materials, and promotional items.
o Manage promotional Items inventory and coordinate branded merchandise.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
o Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform insights.
o Maintain and update website content as needed.
o Coordinate email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp, including developing content and creative. Monitor and report results.
o Monitor channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.
Collaboration & Brand Support
o Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, product launches, and communications.
o Maintain and organize creative assets.
o Stay current on digital trends, social algorithms, and emerging platforms.
Skills & Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
2+ years of experience managing social and digital platforms in a professional setting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience with Hootsuite, WordPress, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics; including reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Creative thinker who can adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
Experience running paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
Assets
Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
Photography and/or videography skills.
Prior experience in event marketing or tradeshow coordination.
B2B and B2C marketing experience.
