We are seeking a talented Digital Asset Management (DAM) Administrator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Product Data Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day maintenance of our DAM system. Ensuring all of our digital images and assets are organized and available for distribution to our websites and customers.
This role includes the opportunity to work with new technology in AI-created images and collaborate with external partners for 3D rendering, which can add an exciting dimension to the job responsibilities. It is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in the industry.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily Maintenance of Digital Asset Management System: This involves updating and maintaining Moe's Digital Asset Management in our Bynder DAM platform. Working with our Product Development team and our factories to source images of our products.
Digital Asset Management: Uploading, organizing, renaming, and managing digital assets within our DAM system. Maintaining our entire catalog of digital assets with accurate tags and attributes.
Image Processing and Corrections: Reviewing and auditing for accuracy of color and completeness. Working with our third party to create final versions of our images for distribution.
Brand Consistency: Auditing digital assets to maintain consistent brand standards in terms of size, quality, and quantity across all platforms.
3D Rendering Collaboration: Working with a third-party provider to create 3D renderings of our products. Using AI tools to create and modify imagery.
Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in digital asset management and AI-generated imagery.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Photoshop is required for this role.
Being organized, methodical, and structured with strong attention to detail is essential.
Being accountable to timelines and responsive to customer requests.
Ability to work both independently and within a larger team, handling multiple requirements.
Creative Eye with an interest in design or photography, a keen eye for lighting, color, and photo accuracy.
Enthusiasm for AI technology and a willingness to learn and contribute to the development of AI-generated imagery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
A team player with an upbeat and helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers.
Multitasking Abilities. Highly organized and adept at multitasking to manage various tasks effectively.
