Job Description

Canadian Orthodontic Partners is seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to support the growth of our national network of 70+ Orthodontic Clinics, and reports to our Director of Consumer Marketing. This position will be insourcing a function currently performed by a supplier.
The Ideal Candidate:
You are a passionate, creative, and experienced advertising professional. We're looking for a "rockstar" who is inspired by the idea of bringing new smiles and confidence to new patients in our clinics across Canada. You have a strong background in digital ad and campaign management, and can maintain a large number of online advertising workflows with efficiency. With a large number of our patients coming from our online advertising, we are seeking an individual to take our advertising to even higher heights.

What you'll do:
  • Highly experienced with large-scale Google Ad (SEM) and Facebook Ad campaigns.
  • Experience mining digital data, consumer behaviour information, and social media against the organization's segmentation to draw insight that draw opportunities and value for the development of digital marketing strategy.
  • Stays close to economic indicators, tracking changes in-market, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend, quality of leads, and performance based on the insights.
  • Develops goals and reporting and monitors growth weekly, monthly, quarterly, and YOY.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Continuously optimizing to lower CPL (Cost Per Lead) and CAC (Cost to Acquire a Client) and improve lead quality.
  • Planning and executing all social media activities including creating and designing content for multiple platforms. Plans and executes all SEM, paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) and display advertising campaigns, web and SEO.
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed. Can be agile and nimble to ensure effective dollars are spent.
  • Continuously makes adjustments to campaigns and spend to ensure schedules are filled weekly across the network. Able to manage and optimize to a macro and micro level.
  • Manage budget to ensure efficiency of spend across clinics and network as a whole.
  • Maintain an understanding of regional industry advertising guidelines to ensure all digital advertising campaigns are in alignment.
Who you are:
  • Someone with 3- 5 years of campaign management - highly skilled on all major platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok primarily). Progressive social/marketing roles with a deep knowledge of the latest social media features, trends, and engagement strategies.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to plan, report, and dive deep into data and trends. Proven experience optimizing company social channels with organic and paid campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Graphic design with ability to create ad creative in line with brand standards
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Able to manage budgets
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry or with experience managing multi-location national campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media paid advertising, and display advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Large breadth of experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Substantial experience in setting up and optimizing social media marketing campaigns on all major social ad platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
