Who we're looking for:
Rogers Sports & Media is seeking a full-time Development Manager.
The Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving media sales growth across all platforms - including TV, digital and social media, audio/radio, out-of-home (OOH/DOOH), data, and experiential marketing by crafting integrated solutions and strategic sponsorship opportunities for our partners, including agencies and advertisers.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Sports Sales & Development, this role is embedded within the Sports Sales & Development team but also works cross-functionally to support various departments across Rogers Sports & Media.
This individual will be instrumental in ideating and developing sales concepts, gathering creative assets, producing compelling sales materials, and supporting the sales team in presenting innovative solutions to clients. A deep understanding of Sportsnet's content, rights, and monetization opportunities across all platforms within the parameters of secured agreements is essential.
Success in this role requires building strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams such as Business Development, Strategy, Branded Content, Media Revenue Management, Insights, Data, and Consumer Marketing.
