will interface regularly with Chai Lifeline Canada staff and donors from across Canada and will work closely with the Director of Development in the execution and administration of all aspects of Chai Lifeline Canada's fundraising activities.

Responsibilities will include:
Identify new major gift-prospects and grow support from current group of donors while identifying and implementing new donor giving opportunities.
Provide leadership and direction on fundraising initiatives including corporate giving, major gifts and sponsor prospects
Develop a portfolio of participants, donors, and prospects, strategically cultivating them into long-term supporters of Chai Lifeline Canada beyond individual events

Collaborate with Development team to implement effective Peer-to-Peer program strategies on an as needed basis
Recruit, train, and support event leadership, committee members, and community ambassadors to maximize participation and fundraising outcomes
Maintain and foster effective relationships with event participants, team captains, donors, volunteers and sponsors, providing excellent customer service, coaching and stewardship while strategically identifying ways to maximize fundraising results
Develop and implement structured cultivation plans for high-value prospects, to ensure meaningful engagement and long-term support.
Provide metrics and ongoing reports as needed
Lead or staff fundraising events, such as parlour meetings
Maintain a pipeline for donor cultivation and solicitation
Bring creative ideas and resources to the growth of Chai Lifeline Canada's fundraising initiatives
Note: Flexible hours will be required from time to time to support fundraising initiatives that occur on evenings and weekends
Qualifications:
? Passion for the work of Chai Lifeline Canada and to positively impact our community
? Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
? Depth of knowledge of the Toronto and Canadian Jewish community
? Ability to plan and execute a fundraising project or program
? Excellent organization, multitasking, attention to detail, research, and analytical skills
? Excellent writing and proofreading skills
? Highly motivated with the ability to work in a collaborative team and, also, independently.
? Four years of fundraising experience preferred with additional work experience an asset
? Experience with database software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
? Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce is considered an asset
? Valid driver's license and access to regular use of a car
