Tasks:
-Develop and produce documents describing development standards, procedures and best practices adapted to the organization\'s specific environment and needs.
-Identify and implement comprehensive learning paths for developers, covering topics such as unit testing, containerization, CI/CD delivery chains.
-Support teams as they develop their skills and learn new development practices.
-Participate in the development of strategies for the successful adoption of new practices and technologies.
-Act as a technical referent for development teams, providing advice and guidance on optimal technical approaches.
-Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of development processes.
-Provide technical expertise on key technologies used in the organization, such as Java, .Net, Angular, containerization (docker and Kubernetes) and CI/CD.
-Participate in code reviews to ensure that best practices are followed and that code quality is high.
-Work closely with development practice technical committee teams to promote development standards.
-Organize and lead technical workshops to promote good development practices within the organization.
-Lead and guide a development community of practice within the organization.
Requirements
Profil:
- Proven experience (6 to 9 years minimum) as a tech lead or technical consultant in software development (Frontend or Backend).
- Strong documentation and communication skills to produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of best development practices, coding standards and agile methodology.
- Proficiency in one of the current development technologies such as Java, .Net, Python, Angular, etc.
- Expertise in containerization with dockers and Kubernetes, as well as continuous integration and CI/CD continuous deployment.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with developers of different experience levels.
- Good coaching and training skills to support developers as they develop their skills.
- Strong orientation towards continuous improvement and the search for new technological opportunities.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD tools (TeamCity, Artifactory BitBucket, SonarQube etc).
