The candidate will take ownership for the whole end to end delivery, performing analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of large-scale case management application. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with significant experience in architecture, design, and development of application on MS Dynamics/Power platform and having reasonably good communication skills.The opportunity:\xc2\xb7 Work with Product owner/stakeholders/business analysis to understand the requirements, conducting tech analysis and producing project plan.\xc2\xb7 Define Architecture and design.\xc2\xb7 Build functionality within Dynamics in an iterative fashion with full unit and integration tests for each function.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for integrating external systems using Azure logic apps, data migration and setting up to standard and custom reports.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for setup, administration, and user training of the Dynamics \xe2\x80\x93 CE system.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for integrating AI Builder and Copilot with Dynamics.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for setting up security configuration for the production and other environments.\xc2\xb7 Help support release deployment and provide postproduction support.

Other relevant essential functions may be required.What you need:\xc2\xb7 Experience in the following technologies \xe2\x80\x93 Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer Engagement.\xc2\xb7 Experience with Power apps, power automate, Plugins, AI Builder, Copilot and related architecture and design practices.\xc2\xb7 Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps for CI/CD and C#.net.\xc2\xb7 Experience of iterative /agile development practices.\xc2\xb7 Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Desired skills:\xc2\xb7 Dynamics/Power platform/Azure certifications.\xc2\xb7 Familiar with basic Machine learning concepts.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of enterprise Architecture Patterns.\xc2\xb7 Experience with full lifecycle application testing (Functional, regression, performance, integration, etc) and delivery management.\xc2\xb7 Comfortable with direct interaction with the business users at all levels.\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, equivalent field, or equivalent experience.5+yrs experience building web applications.Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.Role Location: QuebecCompensation Range: 89,000-$109,000BenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
