Position Overview

As a Detailer / Lot Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our vehicles, showroom, and lot look their best while also supporting our team with deliveries, shuttle service, and general upkeep. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety in their day, and thrives in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Care & Detailing

Wash, vacuum, and detail both new and pre-owned vehicles to showroom standards. Perform interior and exterior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and minor touch-ups. Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and display.

Lot & Facility Maintenance

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lot for customers and staff. Move and arrange vehicles on the lot for display and service. Check in new vehicle inventory and assist with tagging/numbering. Clear snow and ice from vehicles and walkways in winter. Cut grass, weed landscaped areas, and maintain outdoor appearance. Store, organize, and move customer tire sets as needed.

Customer & Dealership Support

Provide shuttle service to customers as needed. Deliver parts to local partners and customers. Assist with light building maintenance including the showroom, shop, offices, and washrooms. Ensure garbage removal, sweeping, and general cleanliness standards are met.

Qualifications & Skills

Valid Ontario G-class driver's license with a clean driver's abstract. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Previous automotive, detailing, or customer service experience is an asset (training provided).
