: Desktop Support Verbal: Canadian French Speaking and understanding mandatory but if candidate understands and speaks English also then it would be ideal Type- Full Time Experience: 2-5 yrs Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the deployment of Office as part of migration to Office 365
• Configure and Support all End User Devices which includes OS settings, system drivers, encryption, authentication, VPN and other Access Management software is configured in accordance with Client Policies, Standards, and Guidelines.
• Configure End User Device data management parameters and/or backup and restore parameters as directed by Client.
• Support all peripherals connected to End User Devices.
• Perform manual installation of software, manual modifications to software, or the manual Decommissioning of software on an End User Device.
• Able to perform Troubleshooting of hardware and coordinate with EUC team in Canada for inventory management.
• Capability on following tools would be preferred: Windows 10 Pro, with Mcafee, Crowdstrike, Ivanti, CheckPoint VPN and Office 365

• Should have excellent problem-solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills
• Must have handled Voice desks in ITSD

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Benefits:
