We are currently looking for a Desktop Support Analyst (onsite) at our Calgary base in the Information Technology department.

Position Summary:
The Desktop Support Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of STARS' desktop and office infrastructure, in service to our teams and mission. This position acts as the primary point of service for end-users who need technical assistance with hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with exceptional customer service to resolve incidents efficiently, support users in effective technology usage & adoption, and minimize downtime.
