Why This Role Matters
Our work drives results for our clients and quality creative is the multiplier. Your layouts, UI components, and brand assets must drive clicks, leads, and sales. You'll collaborate daily with PPC, video, and dev teams to ship webflow pages, paid-ad creatives, and social content that converts.
What You'll Own
Web & landing-page design
- Build high-converting Webflow/Figma prototypes, hand-off clean files, and iterate based on live data.
Brand & visual identity
- Refresh client brand kits (logo, colour, typography, motion) that stand up across digital and video.
Creative systems
- Create reusable component libraries and templates so we can deliver consistent service packages.
Ad & social creative
- Produce static, motion, and engaging assets for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Shorts/Reels.
Studio collaboration
- Ideate with our in-house video team; light shoots, storyboards, style frames.
QA & optimization
- Use Hotjar, GA4, and ad dashboards to spot drop-offs, then tweak design to improve ROI.
Must-Haves
3-5 yrs agency-side or freelance experience designing for conversion.
Portfolio showing web, ad, and branding work that moved real KPIs.
Mastery of Figma + Adobe CC; working knowledge of Webflow.
Comfortable with AI tools to speed ideation.
Bonus: Basic motion skills (Lottie / After Effects) and an eye for video-first storytelling.
Understand WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, responsive best practices
Able to be on-site in our Vancouver studio Monday-Friday
Nice-to-Haves
Experience designing B2B SaaS or performance-marketing funnels.
Knowledge of HighLevel, Make, or Zapier workflows.
Creative direction experience to guide requirements for on-location shoots.
