We're on the hunt for a

Learning Experience Designer

who can turn "meh" into "wow." If you believe that even insurance training can be binge-worthy and that learning is not just informative, but transformative -- this might just be your dream gig.


You'll be the architect behind learning experiences that are smart, sleek, and seriously engaging. From onboarding to upskilling, you'll help our people grow in ways that are meaningful, memorable, and maybe even a little magical.

What You'll Be Doing (Besides Having Fun)

Designing learning experiences that make people say, "Wait, that was training?" Turning complex insurance content into clear, creative, and clickable content. Collaborating with SMEs, business leaders, and fellow creatives to bring learning to life. Building digital, blended, and experiential learning that actually works. Working with audio and video content--from scripting and recording to editing and polishing--because sometimes learning needs a voice (and maybe a soundtrack). Using feedback and data to make your work even better (because you're cool like that). Keeping accessibility, inclusion, and innovation at the heart of everything you do.

What You Bring to the Table

3-5 years of experience in instructional or learning experience design. A portfolio that shows off your design chops and creative flair. Comfort with tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and LMS platforms. A solid grasp of adult learning theory and a love for learner-first design. Bonus points if you've worked in insurance or financial services--but curiosity counts more.

Salary range is $58,100 - $106,900

Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in various incentive plans which are paid out at the discretion of the company and subject to individual and company performance.
