Designer & Ecommerce Support
Job Description
Create, edit, and enhance product images for use across websites, ads, and marketing materials.
Design eye-catching posters, banners, and promotional assets for both digital and in-store advertising.
Generate & manage content across all marketplaces and social media platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Google, TikTok, etc.).
Optimize product listings with industry-standard, high-quality images, and SEO-friendly content.
Assist in creating, uploading, and updating promotional campaigns, discounts, and bundles.
Maintain brand consistency across all design output and marketing collateral.
Track performance metrics for ads, posts, and product listings to support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
Support general e-commerce operations such as order updates, customer inquiries, and product organization.
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools. Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices is an asset. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 1 per week
