A day in the life as a Deposit Support Specialist I:

• You will work primarily with all the organization\xe2\x80\x99s Maxa Financial requests, reviewing all registered product entries, preparing required documents, balancing required GL\'s and providing support to internal departments as well as the Operations Support team.
• You will support our branch staff and support functions at our Corporate Office by promptly responding to deposit and lending service requests and inquiries from our members.
• You will focus on the details while completing deposit duties/review and prepare documents for member-facing staff as it gives the opportunity for the Branch and Virtual staff to focus on building the relationship with our membership.
• You will support member and non-members facing staff in the organization to prepare documentation to be keyed, reviewing internal staffs work and provide guidance on where to find information.
• You will complete deposit documents and review them once staff the staff has completed them to reduce errors and catch them sooner.

What you will bring to the table:

• Post-secondary education such as a Business/Office Administration diploma is preferred.
• Two to three years of financial industry experience is expected with a focus on deposit administration.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered.
• A forward-thinker with a can-do attitude who can adapt to any situation.
• A go-getter who is not afraid to take on new challenges.
• A high-energy individual who likes variety and who can get things done.
