WHAT YOULL DO
  • Report to the Manager, Service Delivery Nominee Deposits
  • Review and process applications for accuracy and compliance with AML and CTF standards.
  • Review applications to ensure applications complies with disclosure, customer due diligence and AML / CTF requirements.
  • Ensure details are entered quickly and accurately according to procedures.
  • Process transactions such as early redemptions and account renewals.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with customers, brokers, and internal teams.
  • Handle special requests such as rate concessions or non-compliant applications.
WHAT YOUVE DONE
  • You have a High School Diploma.
  • You have 1-2 years of data entry experience, ideally within a banking or financial environment.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You possess Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • You have a commitment to compliance, following policies, and protecting sensitive information.
