Job Description

The Deployment Specialist plays a crucial role in coordinating and delivering assets from design, copy, and development teams to ensure a seamless and visually compelling customer experience. As the webmasters of our client\'s website, the Deployment team continuously manages and optimizes the content, rules, and details that bring the site to life. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to flawlessly execute complex eCommerce campaigns.Advantages

Responsibilities

• Deploy assets and promotions to websites using various CMS platforms, ensuring all elements function as intended.
• Manage the CMS repository to ensure content and files are easily accessible and intuitive, streamlining site maintenance.
• Collaborate with the product management team to understand new features and translate them into effective promotional strategies.
• Test website updates in a staging environment to ensure accuracy before going live.
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve promotional issues; occasional overtime may be required.
• Partner with Site Merchandising and Studio Teams to educate on website capabilities and support the creation of effective promotional strategies.
• Execute weekly paid marketing campaigns (Media Connect) to enhance our client\'s online presence.
• Support Site Merchandising and Optimization Teams by designing and executing A/B tests ranging from simple to complex.
• Use basic HTML/CSS skills to modify page templates as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving skills with a quality assurance mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in content publishing via WordPress (or similar CMS, with a strong preference for WordPress)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience with image manipulation tools like Photoshop for basic tasks such as cropping and resizing
• Familiarity with project management platforms like Wrike, JIRA, or Asana
• Exceptional attention to detail
