Our client is a reputable dental clinic who is seeking a professional and experienced denture receptionist to join their team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their patients and play a crucial role in ensuring a positive patient experience.

Compensation & Hours:

• The rate of pay will be $22-$29/hr. (Dependent on experience)
• Monday \xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x93 Friday, 8:30 am \xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x93 4:30 pm.

Position Summary:

• Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Answering phone calls, emails, addressing patient inquiries and providing information about their denture services.
• Scheduling and managing the appointment schedule and ability to prioritize urgency of appointments.
• Checking patients in and out, verifying insurance information, and collecting payment.
• Assisting with billing and insurance claims.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all necessary forms are completed.
• Coordinating with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Keeping the reception area clean and organized.
• Managing and ordering office supplies as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar dental role.
• Experience with insurance and billing medical claims.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and understanding the denture process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Professional and compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help patients.
