DENTIST, CASUAL

ONE DAY PER WEEK (TUESDAY)- MINIMUM

CONCURRENT INTERNAL/EXTERNAL

Community Care City of Kawartha Lakes is seeking applications for a Casual Dentist (one day per week) for our Dental Clinic located at 21 Angeline Street in Lindsay, Ontario.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Our clinic is available to everyone including people who receive benefits through Healthy Smiles Ontario, Ontario Works (OW), the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) and the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program (OSDCP) and CDCP added (Canadian Dental Care Program). We also offer care for individuals or families with or without dental insurance. The successful applicant will be required to have availability on Friday's and will be paid an hourly wage.



We are looking for an individual with DDS qualifications in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons to diagnose, treat and advise our patients on various dental issues. Comfort with basic extractions and root canals are an asset. The successful incumbent will demonstrate excellent communication skills, excel within our patient centered practice while demonstrating our values of Accountability, Compassion, Respect and Excellence as a team player.

REQUIREMENTS:

DDS Qualifications
In good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons
Comfort with basic extractions and root canals are an asset.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Upon a conditional offer of employment, a clean Vulnerable Sector Record Check will be required.

WAGE:

The compensation for this exciting opportunity is a flat hourly rate of $121.20.
