Bedford Dental

is seeking a motivated and personable Associate Dentist to join our team 4 days per week -- Tuesday through Friday. As we look to expand access for our patients, 1 Saturday per month will be required in the future as hours expand.

Located in the heart of historic Fort Langley, our beautiful clinic sits on Glover Road in one of BC's most scenic and vibrant communities. You'll be stepping into a busy, well-established practice with relatively full books, and a loyal, diverse patient base that values comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Compensation: Target-Based, Collections-Driven Pay

Our compensation model rewards performance and consistency:

35% of total monthly collections if under $40,000 40% of total monthly collections if $40,000-$75,000 42% of total monthly collections if over $75,000
? Once a target tier is reached, the corresponding rate applies to the entire month's collections -- not just the amount above the threshold.

What We're Looking For:

Fully licensed and in good standing with the College of Dental Surgeons of BC Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills A patient-focused, team-first mindset Commitment to high standards of care and communication Willingness to work 1 Saturday per month in the future as hours expand

Pay: $79,804.75-$291,929.94 per year
