RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure patients understand treatment recommended and that their appointments are booked Answer all phone calls and respond to inquiries Effectively and professionally greet and communicate with all visitors to the office Schedule appointments Take payments Submitting insurance claims through our dental program Ensure proper patient follow-up Serve as a point of contact for various inquiries Other administrative duties as assigned INCLUDING reception duties Supporting the clinical team!

QUALIFICATIONS

CANADIAN Dental field formal training or dental experience REQUIRED Although it's only 5 days of work, you should be available to work between Monday to Saturday. Excellent communication skills Fluency in English is a must verbally and for writing. Outstanding customer service skills Professional telephone manner EXCELLENT computer skills/typing skills a must CDA Level I or II or 3 years dental reception experience is an asset Experience handling dental insurance claims considered an asset Hard working Friendly You are a people person and team player!
