Team driven dental office in Spruce Grove is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working individual to step into a surgical treatment coordinator role for a maternity leave position, beginning mid- October. This position is for a team player who is a self-starter, wanting to grow and challenge themselves. We are a well established office who puts patient care above all else. Knowledge in dental surgery is a definite asset.

Ideal candidate will have

Previous dental office experience (RDA is a definite asset) Thorough understanding of dental terminology and procedures Experience with Dentrix and MaxAssist Accurate data entry, entering insurance Ability to work independently and with a team Treatment coordination experience is a definite asset Proficiency with productive scheduling Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Great time management Punctual, organized, dependable and honest Must be willing to work late 2-3 nights per week (7pm) Closed early on Fridays and NO weekends
