Dental Treatment Coordinator - HARP Certified preferred

Riverpark Dental is a modern, multi-specialty practice offering general dentistry, endo, ortho, oral surgery, implants, general anesthesia, and cosmetic treatments. We're seeking a HARP-certified Treatment Coordinator with a vast knowledge of The Ontario Dental Fee Guide and a solid understanding of patient benefits as well as dental procedures.

What You'll Do:

Guide new and existing patients through their comprehensive exam Take intraoral photos and (X-rays if HARP Certified) Chart the odontogram based on the dentist's findings Enter treatment plans, send/follow up on predeterminations Explain procedures clearly and help patients understand how their benefits apply Work closely with our collaborative clinical team

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in a dental office (multi-specialty experience preferred) Deep knowledge of the Ontario Dental Fee Guide and benefit breakdowns HARP certification (preferred but not a requirement) Confidence in treatment presentation and coordination Strong communication and organizational skills
