Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient treatment plans and schedules to ensure smooth operations within the dental office.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options and financial responsibilities.
Develop and implement training materials for staff to enhance service delivery.
Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient care and office efficiency.
Utilize instructional design skills to create engaging content for staff training sessions..
Qualifications:
High-level knowledge of dental procedures and the ability to discuss treatment plans and communicate with patients professionally.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Two years of experience working as a Treatment coordinator is required.
Experience with Tracker is an asset.
