As our

Dental Sterilization Technician

, you'll play a critical role in keeping our instruments pristine, our treatment rooms ready, and our patients safe. It's an essential job--with just the right mix of responsibility, rhythm, and routine.

Key Responsibilities:



Clean, sterilize, and disinfect dental instruments and equipment following strict infection control protocols Operate and maintain sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners Prepare and reset treatment rooms between patients to ensure a clean and organized environment Monitor sterilization logs, supply inventory, and safety standards to keep everything running smoothly Assist clinical team members with instrument setup and breakdown as needed Support a safe, efficient workflow that meets both patient care and health regulations

Ideal Candidate Qualities:



Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness Reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling sterilization equipment and following mandated protocols (we'll provide training if needed!) Positive attitude and strong team spirit--you love helping others succeed Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required

Skills



Proficiency in using dental software such as Abeldent is preferred. IPAC training required. Knowledge of dental terminology is advantageous. Experience in dental assisting or as a dental receptionist is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and patients.
