Position Title: Sterilization Technician



Position Overview:



We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our busy seven-operatory dental specialty clinic 3 - 4 days per week. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth daily operation of our practice and maintaining the highest standards of infection prevention and control.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the sterilization area to ensure efficient flow and smooth operation of the clinic Strictly follow all IPAC protocols and infection control procedures Manage instrument processing, sterilization, and operatory turnover Support the clinical team as needed; duties may include exposing radiographs and chairside assisting Inventory management in operatories

Qualifications:



Previous experience in a dental an asset Knowledge of IPAC guidelines and sterilization procedures Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
