Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will support the dental team in providing exceptional patient care. This crucial role ensures the highest standards of infection prevention and control (IPAC), maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Adhering to IPAC protocols and safe disposal of hazardous materials. Cleaning, disinfecting, packaging, labeling, and sterilizing dental instruments using appropriate equipment. Operating and maintaining sterilization equipment according to safety practices and manufacturer instructions. Performing and documenting sterilization assurance monitoring. Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms. Managing and restocking clinical supply inventory. Assisting the dental team with clinical support tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Previous clinical or dental sterilization experience is beneficial.Attributes:
Detail-oriented, good time management, teamwork, reliability, positive attitude, computer literacy, and communication skills are important.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
