We're Hiring a Dental Receptionist!



We're looking for a reliable and experienced

Dental Receptionist

to join our growing team. If you're patient-focused, organized, and comfortable managing a busy front desk, we'd love to hear from you.

Your hours are:



Monday 8:00 am -5:00 pm

Tuesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Wednesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Thursday 10:30 am - 7:00 pm

Friday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (Alternating)

What We're Looking For:



2-4 years of experience in a dental office setting Familiarity with

Dentrix software an asset

Strong organizational skills and a friendly, professional manner First Aid/CPR certification is an asset

Experience:



Dental office: 2 years (required) Dentrix 1 year (preferred) Make a positive and lasting impression on the patient, from the moment they arrive at the practice to the moment they leave Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps Manage all patient calls and inquiries with a smile: appointments, confirmations, and amendments Manage potential cancellations and overcome objections to motivate the patient to keep the appointment Bill patients as they come out of the treatment room, take payment, send a claim form to insurance, respond to all fee inquiries in a positive manner Effectively manage the recall system and accurately maintain the patient database Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from the provider Manage all patient records and charts Demonstrate active listening and empathy to patients using effective communication skills Greeting and checking in patients Confirming appointments and answering phones along with emails Processing payments and insurance estimates Supporting the team with administrative tasks
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
