We are seeking a

temporary dental receptionist

to help us out for a couple of weeks. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while contributing to our mission of providing exceptional dental care. Your organizational skills and customer service expertise will help create a welcoming environment for our patients.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently. Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar. Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services. Process patient registrations and update electronic medical records. Collaborate with dental providers to ensure seamless patient flow. Manage multi-line phone systems for incoming calls. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental office. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with Curve software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in handling electronic medical records and front desk operations.
