Job Description
Aarm Dental Group on Main St. is looking for an experienced certified Dental Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, self-starter with great communication and organization skills.
Schedule:
Wednesday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
Thursday: 2:00pm- 8:00pm
Friday: 9:00am- 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am- 6:00pm
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the dental office and assist them with check-in procedures. Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits using phone systems. Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Handle billing inquiries and insurance verification to facilitate smooth transactions. Provide administrative support to the dental team, including managing correspondence and filing documents. Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming for patients. Assist with other office duties as needed to support overall clinic operations.
Experience
Dental Receptionist Certificate from a school in BC 1 year minimum experience as a Dental Receptionist
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
