We would like Dental Experience (an amazing resume and quick learner) or recently graduated from a Dental Reception Course. We are looking for a full time Dental Receptionist to join our dental family in a 10 operatory very busy clinic. We are the type of clinic that has fresh flowers, bakes chocolate chip cookies for our patients every day and have office snacks for the staff in our budget. :) Just so you understand our vibe. We like to have longer work days and more time off with it being 4 days working and 3 days off.

We are a fully digital and an assignment office so we help our patients bill directly to their insurance. Understanding and checking dental insurance knowledge is a large portion of the position.

We will accept applications from new grads but are really looking for someone with experience. You would be responsible for checking and updating patient insurance. While answering phones, emails, recall software and checking out hygiene patients for all Doctors.

Hours are:
Wednesday 9:00am - 7:30pm
Thursday 9:00am - 6:30pm
Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday 7:00am - 5:00pm
