Key Responsibilities:
Greet, check-in, and check-out patients
Manage phone calls and email communication
Schedule and confirm appointments
Process payments and direct billing
Verify insurance
Maintain accurate patient records and follow privacy protocols
Support the team with administrative and clinical coordination tasks as needed
Requirements:
Canadian dental office experience
Dental practice management software knowledge (preferably Tracker)
Ability to problem-solve and communicate clearly
Professional presentation and phone manner
Hours & Compensation:
Full-time or Part-Time available
