full-time front desk receptionist

to join our dynamic team!



Reporting to: Clinic Manager

Hours: 38-40 hours weekly

Your typical responsibilities will include:

Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly and professionally Schedule appointments and manage the treatment calendar efficiently Offer patients excellent experience

What we are looking for:

1-2 years in customer service or office administration role Experience in clinical environment is an asset Dentrix experience is an asset Strong communication skills Strong organizational skills
