Dental receptionist for St. Paul Family Dental to join us on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Responsibilities:
Entering payments into the system
Optimizes Clinic appointment book to achieve weekly and monthly revenue budgets.
Managing all the adjustment types in the books.
Provide the clinic with administrative and practical support when requested.
Process the accounts receivable and accounts payable of the practice.
Gather and accurately record medical, personal, and insurance information from patients; ensure this information is updated.
Accurately file patient information, seeing that records are stored securely and handled in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
Apply insurance payments, and insurance inquiries.
Send/track, daily/weekly deposit reports.
And most importantly

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1 year of previous financial administration experience is desired.
Good interpersonal and verbal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members, and community; a team player.
Customer service or patient relations experience; conflict resolution experience.
Able to adapt to and drive office policy improvements (office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service).
