We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our dental team. Our office is open Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm. We are looking for a full-time role.
Start date: June 1st, 2025
Contract period - 18-24 months with option to become a permanent employee afterwards.
Starting Wage: Between $25-32/hour, based on experience, all hours over 40 in a week or 8 hours in a day are paid at overtime rates.
Our office is located in a busy plaza in Stittsville. Free parking for all staff available.
The successful candidate will be professional, friendly, have good communication skills, work well in a team environment, highly motivated, willing to learn, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
Recent graduates are welcome.
Duties
:Welcoming patients, answering phone calls, and scheduling patients for appointments Collecting payments, providing day end reports, and inputting payments into system Working with Cleardent Dental software (training can also be provided as needed)
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18-24 months
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
